Details

There will be one water station. Need at least three adults at the water station.

You will set up and hand out the water/Gatorade to runners on the course. Additionally, you will need to clean up any discarded bottles as runners pass by and after the last runner/walker goes through the water station. Contact RZ Staff if fluids or supplies need to be replenished. Pick up any trash (empty bottles, fuel packets, etc) prior to breaking down the water station.

Pumpkin Pie Team

Hand out pumpkin pies at the finish line to finishers under a certain time:

We have 300 pumpkin pies that will be handed out to the first 300 runners to cross the finish line.

Must be an adult.

Race Site Clean Up - Post Race

Details

These tasks include but not limited to: emptying full garbage cans and replacing the bags at the finish line water station and around the race site during the race as they will get quite full as runners come across the finish line. Additionally, police the race site area (grassy area, finish line, area near portalets, and parking lot) for any garbage and throw it away. The race site must be cleaned before we can leave the venue. Additionally, there will be help needed to carry tables and equipment to the Running Zone trailers once the race is over.
